Filling out a Membership Application
All associations in Greeley (GWBA, GBA and YABA) have merged into one organization, Greeley USBC Bowling Association. After joining a league a membership application will be given to you from the league secretary.

Adult bowlers will fill out the application identified as USBC ADULT MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION. (Adobe Reader is required to view membership application files).

Youth bowlers will fill out the application identified as USBC YOUTH MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION. (Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view membership application files).
How will I receive my membership application
After filling out the USBC Membership Application you will receive your Membership card in the mail. Please make sure to have the correct mailing address on the Application.
Why are Membership Applications required
Every USBC bowler in a league is required to fill out a Membership Application, including those joining late, substitutes, and bowlers who have filled out a Membership Application for another league. This is for record keeping of averages and awards.

If a bowler bowls a game that counts toward a team win or loss total THEY MUST HAVE AN USBC Membership CARD.

After filling out the USBC Membership Application you will receive your Membership card in the mail. Please make sure to have the correct mailing address on the Application.

Note 1 Since the Colorado State Associations did not merge
Ladies have three options:
- State Bowling Association
- State Women's Bowling Association
- Both (State Bowling Association and State Women's Bowling Association
If joining both, mark "BOTH" on the Membership Application and it will cost an extra $1.00, or $19.00 total. This allows bowling in the appropriate State Tournament. Regardless of choice it will not affect the National Tournaments.
If you are an Adult or Youth bowler that paid dues in another Association (Loveland, Ft Collins) ADULT bowlers pay $7.00 and YOUTH bowlers pay $3.25 for Greeley Bowling Association dues. Bowlers must pay, or provide proof of the required dues before the completion of the bowlers first series. This rule (USBC RULE 101a) also applies to substitutes and any late joiners to the league. Membership cards are good for the period of August 1st 2006 through July 31st 2007.
